Making a confident offer

When you find the one, Grace helps you understand comparable sales, current demand, and what terms actually matter to the seller - so your offer is competitive without overreaching.

Under contract

Once your offer is accepted, Grace keeps track of every deadline in the contract - earnest money, inspection windows, financing contingencies - so nothing slips through the cracks.

Inspections & appraisal

Grace helps coordinate a qualified inspector, reviews the findings with you in plain language, and negotiates repairs or credits where it makes sense. If the appraisal comes in under contract price, she'll walk you through your options.

Closing day
