About Grace

Grace has lived in the Valley for roughly forty years and specializes in residential sales across Scottsdale and the surrounding communities. She tours homes every week to stay ahead of what's actually available - not just what's listed online - and has guided many families through relocation to the area.

Her approach is simple: walk clients through every step of the transaction so nothing feels rushed or unclear, and stay reachable when it counts. Real estate rarely keeps business hours, so she doesn't either - she's typically available seven days a week, early mornings and evenings included.

Grace holds ongoing training and credentials through Realty ONE Group and continues building on decades of hands-on experience in the local market. Most of her business comes from referrals, which she considers the highest compliment a client can give.

Outside of transactions, Grace stays connected to the communities she serves - from Old Town Scottsdale to the West Valley - and believes real estate works best when it's treated as a relationship, not just a sale.
